Call of Duty: World at War Installation:

1) Extract the rar’s with WinRAR, 7-Zip, or WinACE (right-click the first file and select “Extract here”)
These rar’s have 10% recovery built in!
If you get “CRC failed in file name. The file is corrupt”! error, use repair command:
Open Winrar from the Start Menu. Navigate to and select the damaged file. Click “Repair” on the toolbar
2) Mount or Burn the iso.
Mount: use the included Microsoft Virtual ROM tool, Daemon Tools,
or whatever you prefer. Then, find the new drive in “My Computer”
or
Burn: burning software has the option to “Burn from Image”.
“CODWAW.iso” is the image.
You’ll need a Dual-Layer DVD burner and software like Nero,
plus a blank Dual-Layer DVD disk.
Mounting is faster, cheaper, and easier, but requires HDD space
Burning to Disk costs more and is slow, but gives a Hard Copy
3) Install game%u2020, (use keygen)
For Online (use xFire), patch to v1.1 ONLY, and crack (v1.0 crack).
4) Patch to v1.4, and backup the updated game file (rename it to “CoDWaWoriginal1.2.exe”)
Use the v1.4 LAN fix for LAN gameplay (no internet yet)
5) Copy the ViTALiTY v1.4 crack “CoDWaW.exe” to replace the game file in the folder:
_C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War
6) Enjoy!
In order for the game to run, Windows Vista users MUST install the update for DirectX 9.0c that is included on the game disc. This is necessary even if DirectX 10 is installed.
(I have not verified this, as I run XP. But, if you have Vista and you have any problems, try this! Just right-click the drive in “Computer” and you should see the option for “DirectX..”)
